Tamara Rizzi grew up in St. George, UT, where she developed a love for sports, dancing, adventures, and all things design. She attended the University of Utah for both her undergraduate and graduate studies, initially studying architecture before life events led her to pursue a career in healthcare. She received a doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and became a certified Pilates instructor for both clinical and studio settings.

In addition to her healthcare career, Tamara is also an accomplished athlete, having competed in 8 Ironman triathlons and qualifying for and competing in the Kona Hawaii world championships in 2015. She competed in LOTOJA (Logan, UT to Jackson Hole, WY) bike race in 2022 in Women’s class 4/5 and took 3^rd  in the 206-mile race.  She is competitive, driven and knows resilience and how to persevere in difficult circumstances.

After having a few bad experiences with realtors, she decided to leave the healthcare field to pursue a career in Real Estate where she knew she could elevate the level of service and care for her clients by holding herself to higher standards. She quickly found success in the real estate industry, receiving Rookie of the Year her first year and earning rave reviews from clients ever since.

Tamara is passionate about delivering exceptional service to her clients and is determined to educate them on the process of buying or selling homes. She is committed to partnering with other industry leaders to provide impeccable service. Tamara is dedicated to supporting her clients every step of the way to be sure they have the ultimate real estate experience. She believes that by providing education, guidance, and support, she can help her clients make informed decisions and achieve their real estate goals.

Tamara is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and received the Guild recognition for number of sales above one million dollars. She is also E-Pro certified, designating that she is resourceful in using the latest technology and information.

When Tamara is not working in Real Estate you will likely find her biking, taking a hot yoga class or Pilates, traveling, enjoying the outdoors with her husband David, hanging with her three nephews, or playing with her fur baby, Oliver.

As a proud native of Phoenix, Erica's roots run deep in the Arcadia community, where she was both born and raised. She brings a lifetime of local knowledge, having spent 25 impactful years as a dedicated teacher, 25 years as a swim coach and the past 4 years as the women’s golf coach at Arcadia High School. Through her passion for education and community involvement, Erica has become a trusted fixture in the area, cherished by students and neighbors alike.

Erica ventured into real estate while still teaching, earning her license during a summer break as she planned for an exciting career transition upon retirement.  Now retired from teaching, Erica is eagerly embracing this new chapter with enthusiasm and fresh energy. Erica’s commitment to the Arcadia area is equaled only by her zest for life. A celebrated triathlete, she has competed in over 300 triathlons, including 15 full Ironman races — and extraordinarily, 5 of these took place at the prestigious Ironman World Championship in Kona, where she continually excelled by winning or placing in her age group.

Erica is goal-oriented and thrives not only in crushing her own goals but also in empowering others to achieve theirs. This drive is propelling her real estate career as she brings her competitive edge to work in clients favor- ensuring her clients have an advocate who is relentless throughout the transaction process when buying or selling their home.  

When not advocating for her clients' interests in real estate, Erica treasures quality time with her husband, Chris, and their two lovable dogs. An outdoor enthusiast, she finds joy in hiking, biking, swimming, fly fishing, and golfing, immersing herself in the natural beauty that Phoenix so abundantly offers.
